BOCHU MCD100 manual calibration device: aligns the nozzle with the laser beam using imaging, in three steps — align, follow and adjust — replacing alignment done by eye. 1920×1200 sensor with a 4.5-inch screen, repeatability of 0.02 mm or better and absolute accuracy of 0.05 mm or better. Portable (180×80×82.5 mm, about 1 kg), with a rechargeable 21700 4500 mAh battery and IP64 protection, to work next to the machine between 0 and 60 °C.
